Several problems

Thread needs solution

1. The stupid certificate keeps running out and never gives me more than 14s (trial status).
2. I can't get the email notification of a complete backup to work.
3. I can't get the schedule to show that a backup is scheduled even though the perameters always shows my setup (weekly/thurs/1pm).
4. It always runs a daily backup but backups don't show up in the 'calandar' on the bottom of the window.

I thought they were going to fix the certificate (I pay monthly) months ago. And these are my frustrations at the moment. Maybe more but I can't think of any off the top of my head. ((

The Online Backup is a real waste of money and time. Half of the time it does not back-up the other half it does not function at all. It seems in the forums and the knowledge base you get nothing but problems and seldom a solution.
My current problem is that I am getting an error code 0x00980320 "AccountDisabled" ... of course there is no solution. I am not going to renew my subscription. The onlin backup is worthless and totally undependable.

Sorry for your problem... But thant you for talking about them. I was on trial, not too sure, and now I think i'll shoulf be looking for some other alternatives.
