Acronis True Image Netbook 2010 bootable media hangs

Thread needs solution

I'm using True Image Netbook Edition 2010 with Asus Eee PC 1005 PE (Intel Atom N450 CPU). With this program I created a bootable CD-ROM for an external DVD drive. The Asus Netbook is booting from the external drive with the True Image boot CD. You  see the Acronis select menu and can choose between True Image, System Report or Starting Windows. I choosed True Image, the start screen of True Image is shown but then the program hangs. Maybe, True Image is starting and initialising but seems to have a problem with hardware detection.  Is there any solution for this problem?

It is most likely a driver issue within ATI. The CD version is a Linux version and drivers are often behind. Try to download the latest bootable media ISO from your Acronis.com account, available after you have registered your copy.
If this doesn't work, you will have to contact customer support so that they can provide you with a solution.

Or you could try with the 2011 version...
