Acronis Online Backup Subscription Error

Thread needs solution

Hi;

I have a subscription issue with online backup from a local client. I'll give the quick skinny, so maybe someone can help.

1.) Bought a 10 pack end user license.
2.) Registered all licenses with Acronis.
3.) Downloaded and installed the EXE file onto one of my client PCs.
4.) Created a new user (email and password) @ Acronis for this user.
5.) Tried to create a backup and login.
6.) Get an error about NO subscriptions for this email.

I can't give out my email address to end users as I am an admin and they don't need to see that license info. How does one set it up for each user?
Also how as an admin can I see all the end user backups to make sure they are backing them up?

In case you have registered the licenses of Acronis Online Backup to your e-mail, they will not work with any other address. Thus you need to have the licenses transferred to your client's account. In order to achieve it, please contact our support via chat or e-mail, they will move the licenses to the address you will specify.
