Thread needs solution

I am trying to set up a schedule to do periodic backups. However, when I set up my schedule and click OK the main page still says "Not Scheduled". I saw in the help section that I need to enter my credentials in order to set a schedule but I don't have the boxes in my schedule window. What can I do to get the schedule to work?

Robert, do have a password set when you start your pc?
You may find you first need to set this up before it is refelected in the Acronis screens.

I too am experiencing the same problem as the OP. Is there a solution?
