"Calculating Time Remaining" running for 36 hours

Acronis True Image Home 2011 Upgrade (English)
Acronis True Image 11 Home (English)

Executing File Backup from two HDD to a single folder on external 2TB HDD.
Has been running about 36 hours with "Calculating Time Remaining" msg on right side of task list.
The destination HDD light blinks occasionally, but the desktop source HDD light does not blink at all suggesting not being read.

Abort and start over? How long does it normally take to "Calculate Time Remaining" ?

Hi Roger, sounds like an issue to me, also it’s always generally faster to do an image backup over a file level backup. Also when backing upto USB devices it’s best to do a single job at a time to try and get maximum speed out of the device.
