Look for the drivers of your new computer you want to restore to. Put them in their uncompressed format on a USB flahs drive that you can plug into your computer when you do the restore from the CD.
Boot the computer on the CD, restore using Universal restore and point ATI to the flash drive.
Universal Restore can be tricky to make work...
I don't understand the question about the RAM.

Yes, i have unziped my drivers (i have driver pack solution 11 and unziped drivers from OEM) and i have HDD External Drive. My archive and unziped drivers was in HDD External drive, and i have made ATIH 2011 Plus Pack bootable usb drive.
In driver section i have pointed Acronis to my driver path, but when restore completed and when i was rebooted netbook, in time of windows boot coming dead window. Maybe it depend of my windows Windows XP 2009 SP3 X86?

Felo,
You seem to be doing the right things with the drivers. Universal Restore is a complicated process: I don't expect to work in all cases. You best option is to contact Acronis support.
Are you asking whether an issue with the RAM would cause the restore to fail? Yes, it could. Do you suspect the RAM is failling?

Felo,
I know from experience that you have to point ATI to specific drivers, if you have several drivers for the same chipset, this will not work. Look for chipset and any hard disk controllers (if you have hardware RAID, there might be another controller). Check the manufacturer website to find the drivers they install, download them and unpack them from there, or find the same driver in your pack. Put all the drivers in the same folder (the one you will point ATI to).

I cannot tell you the driver names: each computer is different.
Get that information about the chipset driver, IDE/SATA controllers from the manufacturer's web site.
