Recoveries are always preferable from the recovery CD. Test it.

To your question, when you restore a disk and partition backup you have the choice to:
- restore individual partitions. Then other partitions will be left intact.
- restore the entire disk. Then, all partitions will be first erased then restored. Note that selecting all partitions and the MBR+Track0 is the same as selecting the entire disk.

i already make a Rescue Media Builder via USB..because i dont have external hardrives ...
do i need to check the MBR+Track0 when recovering partition(C)?

It's usually not necessary to restore the MBR & Track 0 when restoring a partition back to the same drive. It is necessary if the MBR code is corrupted or missing (like with a new drive).

In most cases, you don't need to restore the MBR+track0, but it doesn't hurt to do so when you have only one partition on the disk. When you have several, it doesn't hurt when you restore all the partitions.

You have to include it in the restore when:
- the MBR has beed tampered with and damaged (eg: a failed boot manager install, a virus/malware), OR
- when you restore to a new disk.

Make sure your backup contains all the partitions of the disk that contains C:\. This is the core backup you need to restore your computer on a new disk.
