I have a disk archive of my hard drive on a NAS drive. I can successfully validate it. However, when I attempt to restore my drive from it, I get a 'Failed to open archive error'. Any ideas much appreciated.

i am using Acronis 2011 home and am running Windows 7. the backup is on a Qnap NAS and is about 51GB in size.

OK - fixed it - Used FTP from Acronis to log in to the NAS and it all worked fine. A user permissions problem, not an Acronis problem
