ABR 11 on Linux - acronis_mms process stops after backup

Thread needs solution

I have a Windows 2008 Standard server acting as my ABR11 management server that handles the backups for various Windows and Linux servers of various flavors. On all of my Linux servers, I can get a successful backup and verification, but as soon as the verify is done, the acronis_mms service stops running. Therefore, any subsequent scheduled backup tasks for those servers fail. All I have to do is restart the service (/etc/init.d/acronis_mms start) and I am then able to do start a backup. This problem is consistent across all Linux servers.

Any ideas what to look for?

Yana,

I downloaded and installed sysinfo on two of my Linux servers. When I run the utility, it never stops. After four hours, I finally ctrl-c out of the utility. Looking at the log files created, it appears that it created the files when I first ran it, but never did anything with them after that. It seems to be hanging.

Any other suggestions or would you like what I have so far?
