French Canadian Keyboard

I installed ATIH 2011 (level 6868) a couple of month ago. It is the Frech version. Every time I use the recovery disk, it starts with the French keyboard (of course) but it is a AZERTY keyboard and here in Canada, we have no such keyboards!... We use QWERTY keyboards with a French Canadian mapping that allows for accented and special characters. Finally, I have to resort to the CTRL-SHIFT trick and work with the EN keyboard. It's kind of annoying!
This applies also to AHDD 2011; I bought them as a bundle!
By the way, I think that this issue will also apply to the new 2012 version.

You might contact Acronis Support and ask if they have another build with the correct keyboard layout. Live Chat is probably the quickest method to try.
Are you currently using the Canada French version of TI ?

As I said, I downloaded both products from Acronis site, I chose the French langage and I don't recall there was a Canadian version. Did I miss something ?
Alos, according to my records at Acronis, my warraty period has expired so I can't talk to them unless I lay down my credit card number!... Is there any other way to get to those people ???
