Is it posible to export or backup B&R 10 back plans?

hi all,

I noticed that you can export backup plans in B&R 11. Can you do the same thing or at least find and backup the backup plans in B&R 10?

Ok...

I want to upgrade from vista to windows 7 and would like to not have to reenter all of the backup plans. So... is B&R 11 worse, the same or better in reliability and fuctionality than 10 - just to have the ability to export/import the backup plans?
