Will not activate

Thread needs solution

Activate Now does not work. I went to chat three times. I watched for about four hours total while the guys just kept clicking Activate over and over and over. It is not working. I sent megabytes of data to them. No response except e-mails asking if the ticket should be closed. I have one day left to activate. After that, I have no way to backup or restore.

Is this the trial or full version?

Are you using the same email address as your account?

Is your firewall allowing outgoing communications from TIH?

Have you registered the serial number to your account and if so, are there any entries under the settings tab in your account?

As I said, they spent hours controlling my PC and could not get activate to work. I sent them MBs of data. They do not respond. I have now lost all functionality. I have had 2010, 2011, 2012 on two machines and none of them has ever worked correctly.

Did you try to use 'activate from another computer' route - with saving file to disk and manually uploading it to server (as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/22152 section "Manual activation from another machine" )
