Upgrade from TrueImage 2011 to TrueImage 2012
I have upgraded TrueImage software from release TrueImage 2011 (two single licences) to release TrueImage 2012 (Family Pack, price for a family pack is less than 2 single licence upgrades). Now i am not able to explore and to use previous OnLine Backup made by TrueImage 2011. I see them in the GUI but it seems that the button "Continuer à partir de ...." (in french, I am french and i don't know the label in english). Is it a bug or a licence issue ?
As i use 80Gb in the online backup, i hesitate to make a new backup because it takes a long time to upload new backup files (no more than 3 or 4 GB per day).
I need help. Thanks (and i hope you will understand my english).

Thanks for your quick answer.
Just, I need to know if this isssue will be corrected soon or not, because start a new backup takes a long time and perhaps it would be preferable to wait for a new build.
regards,

I can't access my OLB's through the Web either. Thankfully I can still access them using the 2011 OLB app on my other 2 computers.
Has Acronis aknowledged the problem?

Sam,
Are you able to log in via your account on the Acronis webpage?

Hello. I have had a ticket open with Acronis since August because my ATIH2012 can't see my online backups either and reports that neither of my two computers have been backed up online. A few weeks ago, I could not even see my online backups when I logged into my Acronis account. I tried today and could view my online backups made with ATIH2011 by selecting recover.
Acronis has had my ticket open for well over a month and they have asked for lots of reports and they have acknowledged that there is a problem at their end that they are trying to fix. I will of course be requesting an online subscription extension since I have not been able to use the online backup function as designed, since I upgraded to 2012, which was within days of its release back in August.
Like others, I am very reluctant to tie up my network uploading all of those files again. We only have upload speeds of 532 K/bits per second in this part of the world (rural Nova Scotia, Canada). It took days to get my 12 GB of data uploaded in segments. I also noted that if the upload was interrupted, the storage space showed as used, but none of the files backed up prior to the interruption were visible or accessible. I have also complained about that. The AOB should be robust enough to resume from an interrupted backup. My goodness, the old Y-modem protocol could do that back in the 80s and 90s.
Certainly, I have not been pleased with the last few releases of ATIH and the AOB needs serious work as well. There seems to be not many good backup programs out there, so for now I will persevere with Acronis, but my patience with the company is diminishing rapidly. Have a great day.
Regards,
-Phil
