NSB - Where is the file?

Thread needs solution

Hi, Apologies if I missed this in the forum/knowledge base - I am performing an NSB and have two questions
a) Why is the file defined in the backup details not visible on the destination drive?
b) Is it usual for the NSB to use about 400k of memory?
Cheers

Brian

Brian,

NSB stores its files in an hidden folder named "Time Explorer Storage" on the destination disk. The data in that folder is not organized by TIB files like are regular backup, but you will see TIB files with weird names. Don't change any of these files.

If you rely on NSB for common backup, make sure you always have a disk and partition backup of your system that never gets too old for you to go back to if using NSB doesn't meet your expectations when needed.

Hint: I don't personally use NSB. I prefer using a regular, more frequent disk and partition backup for my system disk.
