Problems cloning HDD drives with True Image 11.0

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I am trying to report a problem with "Acronis® True Image Home® version 11.0 (build 8,101)".
The first step on this forum says to create a system report via "Help -> Generate system report". I find no such item on my Help menu. Can anybody help me with this step so I can report my real problem?

PS. My real problem is that I am attempting to clone one HDD to another. They are identical drives. I have done this before just fine. But this time, it says it works, but only takes about 3 minutes and then says successful. And nothing is cloned. Very strange. No error messages, or anything that I can see.

YOu're using a version that is many years old. It ws superceded by ATI2009, ati2010, ati2011, &; ati2012. The Help advice you got would work ony with a later version--the person responsiding is probably confuins ati 11 with ati2011. The report generation feature is not built into ATI 11.

Having noted that, here are some thoughts that might be slightly useful:
are you using the atibootCD to do these operations?
In the interest of thime you could try doing a full diksk backup of the disk, swap disks, then do a full disk restore using the bootCD.

Try making a new bootcd--the old one might be corrupted.

Try downloading the iso for a bootcd and burn that to disk -- it has slighlty different drivers than the bootcd you make from within ati.
