Boot media unable to boot with 9 tb partition
Hello everybody!, This is my first post on this forum.
I'm having a problem with Acronis True Image Home 2011 Build 6942.
I can boot the Acronis CD and make .tib files from any PC, except one that have a 9tb partition. The boot CD can't start software and it freeze when try to 'analizing partition E:' (E: is the 9tb partition).
With build 6696, the CD can start but can't see this partition, the other partitions don't have any problem.
How can i solve this problem?

Hello Ariel and Colin,
Thank you for your comments and thank you for your help Colin.
Ariel, I would like to provide you with additional assistance.
In addition to Colin's question, I would like to ask you for additional information:
1. Is this a RAID device?
2. Could you get back to me with Windows system information file and Acronis Linux system report please.
Looking forward to your reply and if you have additional questions please let me know.
Thank you.

Hello Anton and Collin.
. The 9tb partition is NTFS, isn't a dinamic partition.
. Is a RAID device. This Raid have 2 units, one of 250 Gb and another of 9 tb. The first and second partitions at the first RAID unit, I can see without any problems using build 6696 or 6868. With this two builds, I can write the backup at partition E:, but I can't backup the partition E:
. I attached the WinMSD from this machine.
. Acronis System Report give me this error with build 6942:
Acronis System Report
/bin/ipwatchd: error while loading shared libraries: libpcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory.
Please plug in a USB Flash Drive.
. Acronis System Report give me this error with build 6868:
Loading, please wait.
No RAID disks.
Reading all physical volumes, this may take a while.
Please plug in a USB flash drive
Thanks in advance.-

Can you help me?

Ariel,
I don't have such a large size drive to test your problem on. I wonder if the Linux kernel in the boot media hasn't been compiled with the option for such larger partitions. I'm afraid unless soemone else has a similar setup to yours only Acronis will be able to help you.

Hello Anton.
Excuse me, but I don't understand you. I started going to support -> contact and the only option available for me was the forum. Do you have any email that I can send this case?
Thanks in advance.-
