How many others think that Acronis' new business model of dropping support right before releasing an extremely buggy version of their product is way beyond insane and will ultimately bankrupt them?

I would really appreciate if you could take a look at the following post by our Chief Customer Officer where he explains our support policy in more detail.

You can always get additional support by purchasing a PPI license which will be refunded if the problem turns out to be a known program issue.
