Can ATI Home 2011 read ATI Home 2012 .TIB files?

I know that ATI Home 11 is backwardly compatible with a lot of previous .TIB file formats, but having recently upgraded to 2012 on one PC, I wondered if the reverse was true - can Home 2011 read Home 2012 .TIB files.
