Have not been able to get it to work all. Using the latest build of advanced server.

I am trying to recover a file for the first time and nothing is working in my online backup. I click on the backup, then go to the folders but the top most folder will not open to show the other folders and files, nor does the settings icon work. I have had trouble with it backing up regularly but have never had to recover anything till now.
