Slow browsing of online storage
Thread needs solution
Why is the browsing (whether it's through the application or the site [obstorage.acronis.com]) so super slow?

I've been working for almost an hour to get to a file to recover, and still seeing the "Loading...". Actually, I started yesterday at 4:15PM, went home at 5PM, and I'm resuming the restore today. Today, I've been waiting for 30 mins.
WAIT!! I've just managed to get to the top level folder where the file is located. Only a few more levels to go.
This is unacceptable.
I forgot to mention. We have a 35Mb synchronis Internet connection. It's not us. It's Acronis.
