system crashed during installation

I have a lenovo ideapad Y570 which has a flash drive to boot windows 7 and a regular D drive for files etc. On installing acronis True image Home 2012 from a CD the system encountered corruption problems and now I can only get "no bootable device" please install a boot disk...since I am out of town for a few weeks I have no access to the boot cd...any Ideas on how I can get the system to boot...when I go to to select a bootable device they all tell me there is a PXE media failure check cables? no choice allows me to boot....I bought the acronis to be sure my data and systems were safe...what a pickle....please help!!!!

1. You can download the recovery CD from your account, it'll be in ISO format and needs to be burned to CD.

When you say flash drive, do you mean a USB drive or an SSD?

Windows normally doesn't allow booting from a removable drive unless in VHD format or running within a virtual machine.

2012 installs a new virtual disk manager, which might be the cause of your problem.

Are you able to get to the Windows 7 boot menu by pressing the F8 button after the BIOS display has ended?

Wish I'd stumbled upon your message earlier... I have the same problem with my Y570 and Acronis True Image Home 2012.... Were you able to fix it somehow????? Please let me know if you had any success - I have tons of valuable information that I was hoping to protect with this piece of Acronis software.
