Subscription suddenly expired after only 4 months?

Thread needs solution

I have two subscriptions. The last beginning 10/25/2011. One said expired but was able to reinsert KEY and now it seems to work.

The other subscription says Expired but no place to re-enter KEY. There is a link, "update subscription" that takes me to an Acronis page to renew my subscription. This expired problem has apparently existed since Jan. 14, the last day it backed up. I had no other warning that it wasn't working any more!!!

I can't even find a place where I can email Acronis directly for a important solution. The website seems to imply that even to email for help is limited to thirty days after purchase. The site is VERY confusing in the support area!!!

I'm not sure that I may be interested in continuing with Acronis as this is the second serious problem with the product in a couple of years.
