ABR11 build 11.0.17318, Case#01504434
Hi,
I have been a partner with Acronis for the past few months. I make use of several of their products including vmProtect6.
I have used my NFR Serials to display a fully functional backup solution:
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server (United Kingdom)
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Virtual Edition (United Kingdom)
The installation was done on a domain controller (with tape library attached)
The licenses was applied prior to installation.
There is also n NAS storage (not joined to the domain) for backup puposes.
I have added my Tape Library in Centralized Vault and also added a Storage Node.
I have installed all required modules and agents on the domain controller acting as the Management Server, including the ESX virtual appliance.
1st problem:
Error code: 20
Module: 4
LineInfo: 31813f5926d10e2e
Fields:
Message: Access to the file is denied.
2nd problem:
Error code: 3008
Module: 9
LineInfo: 9e5d09f7da87d0c
Fields:
Message: Cannot run the task because the task requires a user to be logged on.
To be honest, the list really goes on and on.
I am now uninstalling the product and will be re-installing it.
Regards,
Chris de Kock
