Problems with FTP-Backup

I'm trying the Test-Version of True Image Home and i have a big error.

If i want to make a file-backup on a FTP-Server (in the way the F.A.Q. tells me), first, everthings looks right. but when i counts down to "1 min" he NEVER will finish - even if the file is just 1 MB.

after i aborted the backup after 1 hour (!) i looked at the file which was created on the ftp-server. it was 40 times bigger than the file i wanted to backup.....

yes, i tried different ftp-servers on the servers of different providers, and on 2 different systems... even a freund is mine tried it to - with the same goal.......

whats up with that ftp-backup function?

Unfortunately it's hard to say for sure what exactly's causing the issue. Do you mind sending us Acronis Info from the machine in question alongside with the Wireshark output?
