I've just upgraded to True Image Home 2012. I backup nightly to two separate locations. I just started getting the above error when backing up to a NAS. (Log file attached)

What is going wrong? How can this be fixed?

Thank you for sending us the logs.

Unfortunately they doesn't reveal the exact cause of the problem. It might be some connectivity issue, or inability to connect to the meta database correctly. Anyway, we need additional information. Please send us Acronis Info, and Wireshark logs. These should show us what's wrong.
