Can't 'chat' with Acronis online

Thread needs solution

Get a yellow star-like thing with an exclamation point inside when i submit message. i've allowed pop ups for www.acronis.com help

I've checked the ability to open a chat session from your account - it worked, so the issue might be related to the network connectivity or your browser.

I'd advise you to try using another browser, and check again whether you can enter the chat session. If problem is still present, please send us a screenshot of the issue.
