Too many activations

Hello, I was running the trial version of Acronis True image home, upon recommendation from a PC repair company. Last month I received an email from Acronis with details on the 2012/Plus Pack upgrade at a discounted price and took advantage of the offer, paid, downloaded and installed. Then installed the relevant codes on ONE PC.

A couple of weeks passed and I started receiving the 'Too Many Activations' error message, apparently I'm trying to activate the serial on a second PC, which I'm not. One PC, one installation and no hardware changes since the installation...unless a windows update has been silly.

I'm hesitant to un-install and re-install Acronis in case it doesn't remember my settings and thought I'd tap the knowledge of those here first.

The PC is running Windows Vista 32bit Home Premium SP2.

Any help would be appreciated.
