Backup to FTP fails

I am attempting a file backup to an FTP site. I setup the connection in Acronis and then I click on Test and it comes back with "connection extablished". However the backup fails with error code 0x0004000A.

I test the connection the Firefox and it works fine ( I see the tree and I can read, write, create and delete file and folders. I am using build 6154,
