update ATIH2012 6131 to 7119 but ATIH 6131 says 6131 is latest build?

Thread needs solution

I run Win XP SP3. I installed ATIH 2012 Upgrade from 10 which was uninstalled. I had auto upgrade on. I manually checked look for upgrades and it reported the latest build was 7119. I downloaded 7119 to my desktop and 2 clicked, went through the standard install and stoopped saying ATIH was at latest upgrade even thougth 'about' still says 6131? However, everytime I open ATIH popup says there is a new update click to download.
I did this twice and then went to the site and manually downloaded to my desktop. No joy. Got the you have latest update again--6131.

I can't find anything in KB and I am out of support.

Any help would be great?

See if this picture refers to your situation. If yes, continue installing. If using plus plus, it must be uninstalled before upgrading.
