Acronis backup failed only two servers

Thread needs solution

Hello!

well i have a problem with two servers that i manage with acronis
that show me this errors, i made no changes to the servers, i only restart the service of acronis
and the VSS it wasn't running so i started but with no success

also i connecto to both server and try with no success made a copy direct from each servers and not with AMS

can anyone help with this, because i don't know what more to do
this is the error:

Thank you for your posting! First of all please install the latest build version 43994, as 32308 is a rather old one. Then create a local backup task for the affected machines and perfrom backup. If backup fails again, safe log from the operation and attach to the post. This log should contain more information.

i updated the acronis to the latest version that you said in the past post
now i'm getting this error when a tried to add a machine to a AMS server

and i'm unable to add it to the AMS server

Thank you for additional information! Please add the user to the security groups 'Acronis Remote Users' and 'Acronis Centralized Admins', an account with administrative rights not always is a member of these groups. For more information please refer to the following links:

good morning, i tried to follow your advice but still getting an error
i attached the output

for me is odd, because i installed a new acronis with the version 93994
in a server dedicated only for acronis and then a installed the core and windows agent in a server
but i can not do the backup...

Thank you for cooperation! According to the log, the user account still has not enough privileges to backup. Please open a backup-Plan and under "Credentials for backup-plan" select "Use credentials of Agent Service". Then make sure, that Acronis Managed Machine user (on all Agents) has the following rights:

  • is member of local groups "Administrators" and "Backup-Operators"
  • has privileges: Log on as a service,  Adjust memory quotas for a process, Replace a process level token, Modify firmware environment values
