Acronis Backup & Recovery SBS2011 -> Can't make backup of Exchange store

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

I want to make a backup of my Exchange store, but Acronis keeps asking for my username and password.
I use my administrator account which has all rights to the store (I manage everything with this account, so why doesn't it work with Acronis?).

Do you have any tips on how I can check why this happens?
