ACRONIS failures

Hello.
I'm using Acronis BackUp Advanced (11.5 Update4) build 11.5.38774 for making backus in our plant.
Failures:
Acronis processes (StorageServer.exe ,ManagementServer.exe, mms.exe and ManagementConsole.exe) are still frozen when I run backup.

Deduplication are very very very slow and restoring 5GB backups from deduplication takes 7 hours.

Backing up takes all network bandwith at remote computer (connectivity to production server lost).

When I installed updates, performance of newer version was worse.

Support services is absolutely miserious: woman (with not understandable written english) wasn't able send me correct licenses over 2 months.

When windows crashed, I spent 6 hours for restore OS. I used 4 different Aronis backup's and each time I got ticket: "This is not the last volume of the back-up archive". It happend each time (at different computers) when I tried restore system.

Do you know some other better backups software which will not stopped serial production (possibility settings packet sniffing or setting bandwith at remote computers) and backups will be effective?
