Assistance with Upgrade from ABRAdvance for Workstation + Restore
Thread needs solution
I purchased this product a year ago and so far I have never had a successful "upgrade" without a tech support dial-in. After months of having problems, one tech person finally seemed to actually understand the system enough to do an update and configure it to solve problems. Those problems have disappeared for a few months. However, it was never an automated update, it was always a manual update from extracted files.
I have downloaded the newest update. Is there a specific process to determine which files are necessary to upgrade and which order they should be done?
