Backup Fails with these errors...

Hi, none of my client's backup can complete due to something
which generates this Error log. The Knowledge Base has no solution.

When I researched further for an hour, in these Forums a few weeks ago,
I found something similar, and one of the Acronis staff tiold the person
he would send him a HotFix. I PM'd the Acronis person twice for that same
HotFix, but have had NO reply.

Strangely, I cannot even find my messages now! I had left the forum
page open for 2 weeks checking everyday for a reply. But closed my PC,
now I'm back and connot find my original message. Any else know what
I need to do to solve this problem?

The error doesn't look like any for which hotfixes were issued. IIRC there were fixes for similar error , but error's reason was of other kind, and it was inlcuded in 37687 build.
