Backup Failure

Thread needs solution

Hello Team-
I have been using Acronis backup and getting a failure. Have searched in the database as suggested but could not find any recommendations on how to resolve that.

Not sure but the chat window also is not enabled.

What are the steps, I need to take to have a successful backup?

thank you for your posting and welcome to Acronis Forum!

The error message states that program cannot validate the archive. It makes sense to create a separate validation task and check if it works.

Besides, if will be also useful to start validation from the bootable media. In this case we will know for sure, if the backup itself is consistent or not.
