Can't get support -- Cloud Subscription License Accepted by the System but doesn't work.

I purchased a license for Acronis cloud service. I enter the license code in the menu, and it accepts the license code. But then when I got to backup to the cloud it says I have no licenses available.  I click on manage licenses and add my license a second time; the system accepts it. But still can't back up to the cloud.

I can't get support. When I try to connect to support via chat, it asks for an error code. But I don't get any error code; all I get is a popup that says I don't have a license.

When I login to my support account, I shows that I have a license, and it gives me a serial number, which I enter into the Actions---> Activate Cloud Subscription menu. It accepts my license, but I still can't do a cloud backup, and I just get the popup that I don't have a license.

The bad part of this, is that I can't even chat with support, because that requires an error code, which I can't get.

Can you post the screenshot of the popup you get? On what step do you get it?
