Cataloging data has failed

Thread needs solution

My backups have been working fine up until about a month ago. Acronis backs up to NAS attached to the network. Here is a copy of the log error.

Any help would be appreciated. I have searched the forums but I haven't seen this issue.

Can you please provide some more details for this issue?

  • What kind of vault you are using? (centralized managed, centralized unmanaged, personal)
  • Is the archive password protected?
  • What is happening, if you start the cataloging manual at the vault view?
