Copy to second location fails
Hey there,
i'm using the newest available AB version (Build 11.5.43994).
I have three jobs saving the backup to a second location. Two of the jobs are running fine. The third job is always failing when it's running longer than two hours.
Thats the Evententry for the error (sorry for the german language):
Befehl 'Replikation von Backups/Bereinigung von Archiven ('1. Speicherort')' ist fehlgeschlagen.

I couldn't find any hint what could be wrong here. so any help is appreciated

Hey Igor,
on the first location we have a hardware server with internal drives to save the backup and on the second location it's a server with a jbod attached via fc. Between the two locations we are using an SSL VPN tunnel.
So my first guess was that the VPN tunnel is not stable. But after checking the logs everything looks fine during the time of the job-crash. The windows eventlogs on both acronis and on the exchange server i'm trying to backup are fine as well.
Is there any change to get a more specific error message in some acronis logs?

Hello Thomas,
You can enable debug logs as described in this article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/43370
However, please note that these are usually used by our developers along with other information (like the internal log databases) for investigation. If you want to start this investigation, I would suggest creating a support ticket.
Also, are the locations both managed vaults? Do you have one Acronis Storage Node or two (on each server)? If you are using managed vaults, you can also check the Storage Node logs at C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\ASN\Logs
