Daily activities report email: include skipped jobs

Hello,
in reference to E-Mail_daily_activities_report (https://kb.acronis.com/content/39205):
the report itself will list all successful and failed jobs, but not the ones that have been scheduled but have not completed for some reason, for example the job that didn't run because the PC was shut down or offline.
Is it possible to modify the script to include the list of the skipped jobs?
