full copy - moving to another location?

Hallo,
I want to just copy (move) the full copy of HD - from the usb external HD to another location. The question is: which files should I copy?
On the external HD I have I found (along others) files:
*.TIB , *.xml .... and I can see the some *.lck files and folder Catalog, in witch I have two folders (these names are the same as *.lck files) and one files of name .update.loc
I am not sure how do that correctly, which files belongs to these full copy.
