License Key is not acceptet any more

Thread needs solution

14 days after I changed on Workstation (a) with AcronisBackup_11.5_38774_en-US installed the backup path to another Workstation (b) same with AcronisBackup_11.5_38774_en-US installed, I get the message, that the License is expired.

Workstation (a) and (b) has the same License key. Workstation (b) is still running with no problems.

I uninstalled Acronis on Workstation (a) and reinstalled the same Version. But I could finish the installation only as Trial. My License Key is not acceptet any more.

Any hint how to get my License Key running (on Workstation (a))?

Hello Josef,

How many license keys do you have in total? In general, you need to have 1 key per machine you want to back up.

The case is resolved. I had a NFR License with expieyr date. Had non problem to update the key with the new NFR.
