listening backup and procedure for incremental backup

good day,
i have installed the trial version of acronis backup and recovery 11.5 to try it and in the future i want to install it in a hospital.
I need to know if there is a way to keep in listening acronis to data backup folders so when the backup triggers starts, acronis doesn't scan all folders but backup only the change from the last incremental backup, because there are a large and continuosly ammount of data to backup every 10/15 minutes.
and the second question is how can i schedule in one procedure a full every day and every 15 min the incremental backup? in this way the incremental backups are referred the the first full in the day.

1 - It's impossible to do it now. Incremental backup will contain only changed files, but something like CBT is possible only with agentless disk backup of virtual machines on ESX server.
2 - custom scheme allows separate scheduling of full and incremental types.
