MMS Shows Started, but cannot connect to local machine

Thread needs solution

I have checked the services and attempted to restart them. I still cannot access the Manage Local Machine.

This is on SBS 2008

Well this was resolved. I was using a different admin account to login than the one it was installed under.

I logged in with the account that it was installed under, started Manage Local Machine, and it came up. Closed it out and logged back in with the other admin account, and it came up.

No clue why this happened.........
