Not all data backing up?

Our server has 261 Gigs of used space, our back-up shows only 202 Gigs backed-up. In our back-up plan, under "What to back-up" we have selected the entire drive.

Why does it appear not all data is being backed-up?

How else can we confirm all data is being backed up for a bare metal recovery, should it be needed?

Most likely the difference is swap file and Windows restore points, which are not backed up.
