Problem snapshotting e-drive enabled Intel SSD drive with Win81

Have a Intel SSD PRO 2500 drive with "e-drive" enabled (to support hardware accelerated disk encryption via Bitlocker) with a Windows 8.1 installation on the disk. Note that Bitlocker is NOT activated so the disk is not encrypted yet.

Booted Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 under WinPE, build 11.5.43909
While trying to take disk-image of the drive i get errors.

Also tested with newest build 11.5..43916. Still same errors with
"Failed to take a VSS snapshot."
"Failed to detect the currently running operating system."

If backup is created, then you can ignore these warnings. Under WinPE media taking VSS snapshot is impossible , but under bootable media VSS snapshot is not required, because there are no write operations performed on the system drive, so snapshot without VSS is taken. The consequence of the second warning is that you may be required to adjust the boot partition in UEFI settings after restore.
