Problems with a Job
Hi and thanks for read my problem,
It has the following equipment:
- Operating System: Windows Server 2012 Standard 64-bit
- Acronis Version: Acronis BackUp Advanced 11.5 Update 5 (Trial)
- Product Name: PowerVault 114X
- Brand: Dell
- Storage Controllers: Dell 6Gbps SAS HBA
- Tape drivers: IBM Ultrium-SCSI Sequential Device HH4
The problem is when I Run my Job, the task never ends, and then show me a message: "This task requires your attention", when I see the log file, I see this information:
Like a comments: Instance name and the Machine have changed, have placed generic names.

The source path is a shared folder.
Someone could help me with this situation.

With valid trial license (15 days) you can always contact Acronis support with technical issues. It looks like the machine where shared folder is located was unavailable during backup, so I suggest generic network troubleshooting here. If files on it are always available to other software (e.g. copying by Windows Explorer), but only Acronis Backup fails, it most likely will require investigation with Acronis support.
