[RESOLVED]In machine details, the registration address is incorrect. How do I change this?

Thread needs solution

I am using Advanced server and found that when I tried to convert my backups to a VM, I get an error saying it cannot connect to the server, then lists an IP Address:

Error code: 19
Module: 185
LineInfo: 1a45c0586b0a0c1f
Fields: $module : service_process_vs_43800
Message: Failed to connect to machine 'xxx.127.xxx.xxx'.

However, the machine it needs to connect to is on xxx.125.xxx.xxx. It is a multi-homed machine but none of the other managed machines can connect to the xxx.127.0.0 subnet. When I look at the machines details under Machines with agents | All machines with agents | HOSTNAME.domain.local....

The Machine details lists a 'Registration address' as xxx.127.xxx.xxx and an 'IP address' as xxx.125.xxx.xxx. The IP address is correct, however I believe the registration address being incorrect is cause problems. Anyone know how to change the registration address?

Fixed, I removed and re-added the machine to the management console, then I checked the backup plans which specifically addressed xxx.127.xxx.xxx as the agent to run the conversions. Changed it to HOSTNAME.domain.local specifically for that machine.
