Retention using 2 External Hard Drives

Hi,

I am not quite sure how Aconis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation Standard deals with Retention and multiple hard drives.

We would like to have a simple full backup run nightly to an external USB hard drive. We plan on rotating 2 hard drives so we have a full backup offsite at all times. If we set the retention to "delete backups older than 5 days" will that work sufficiently so we have a full backup offsite at all times? In other words, will Acronis simply delete backup images that are 5 days or older, regardless of which external hard drive is plugged in?
