Stop at 95%
Dear All,
I on trial of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5, i try to run a backup to my FTP server and the process is stop at only 95%, its just hanging on 95% but the application are not on error situation, now its about 6 hours already and still 95%, may i know is this normal or something else ?

Thank you for posting. I am glad to help you with this issue.
First of all check if it is the backup task that hangs or the backup plan. If the backup plan stays on 95% and no tasks are running, most likely the replication/cleanup inactivity time is activated.
Also check that your software is up to date.
If the backup task is hanging, then you will find the service_process.exe process hanging in the Task Manager. Check with Process Monitor if this process is active. If it is, then you should wait till the process finishes. If it shows no activity, then you should submit the support case for issue investigation as it will require log and hang dump analysis.
