Universal Restore won't load

I'm a new user. Bought version 11.5 & universal restore.
Both are huge files (900MB). Installed 11.5 B&R and then installed the Universal Restore file. Opening the program makes no mention of the Universal Restore portion, even when trying to create a media disk.
Anyone know what I've done wrong?

Here is something wrong. Installer is the same, Universal Restore is a license key that enables this feature. So you should register all your keys on Acronis site in your account, then run Backup & Recovery, go to help->change license and enter there the license keys for the main product and UR addon.
